    A short call or message is enough to begin. We’ll confirm which part of your policy applies before you start the paperwork.

  2. Step 2: We tell you exactly what to gather

    You get a specific list—not a general one—so missing receipts or unsigned forms don’t slow the claim down.

  3. Step 3: You file it. We follow it.

    The claim goes to the provider under your name. We track it, follow up, and push when it stalls.

  4. Step 4: A decision—and what happens next

    If the provider declines the claim, we’ll explain the stated reason and tell you honestly whether an appeal is worth filing.
